Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via La Poste with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Shipments will be sent from France. Please kindly note that the customer is responsible for the Import procedure, duty, and taxes where applicable. If you decide to refuse the parcel when it arrives in your country, it will be returned to sender. I will send you a refund, once the good have been returned to me, less the additional shipping cost, once all additional cost have been calculated.
I don't take responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If the parcel has still not arrived after 100 days and the post office confirms it as lost, I can refund you 50% of the total order value. Please send me an e-mail if your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days and I will send the report to the post office. I have noticed it may help to move the parcel forward faster but I can only do it only after 30 days.
IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER PLEASE LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY. Please note that I will hold the payment fee (approx. 5%) from the amount that will be refunded to you. 100% refund is only possible if we cannot fulfill the order on our end.
With shipping confirmation, you will receive the tracking number and it is your obligation to track it and assure that when the status changes to pick up or delivered you have actually got the parcel. Please kindly check shipping updates.

To save you on shipping costs I use a service from La Poste France called Delivengo Easy. Due to certain countries not enabling tracking in their country I am unable to ship to those destinations.
